ANC Resolutions and Reports

  • Alcoholic Beverage Moratorium Zone in ANC 5C

    ANC 5C submitted a resolution asking the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board to extend the moratorium on new alcoholic beverage licenses, including for nightclubs, in the Langdon Park Moratorium Zone (LPMZ).  The ABC Board issued a decision extending the moratorium for an additional three years.

  • DC Comprehensive Plan

    ANC 5C submitted comments and received responses from the DC Office of Planning (OP) related to the most recent DC Comprehensive Plan.  That Plan is the District of Columbia's Comprehensive Plan is a 20-year framework and guiding document for the future planning and development of Washington, DC
