Grand Opening of the new Arboretum Community Center in ANC 5C
On Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 2pm, the the Arboretum and Ward 5 community came together to celebrate the Grand Opening of the enhanced and expanded Arboretum Community Center at Rand Place NE. This was a project championed by the Arboretum Community, Civic Center, and ANC 5C04 Commissioner Jacqueline Manning. It is a crowning achievement for the Community, DPR, and the Government of the District of Columbia.
Joining the ANC 5C, were Mayor Muriel Bowser, Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie, DPR Director Delano Hunter, DGS Keith Anderson, DGS John Stokes, and Civic Association President Randall Chandler.
