On Saturday, November 5, 2022, the Arboretum Community gathered to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Arboretum Community Center. Madame Mayor Bowser officiated the gathering of community members, civic leaders, ANC Commissioners, and DPR and other agency stakeholders. This momentous event came after many many years of advocacy and persistence from the community to make it happen.
